Annual Giving by Design™

Policies

Annual Giving by Design™
Effective Date: October 15, 2026

At Annual Giving by Design™, we are committed to providing a professional, transparent, and secure experience for everyone who visits our website, purchases our educational resources, or engages with our services. The following policies explain how we process purchases, fulfill orders, protect customer information, and manage our website.

1. Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing and Production

Annual Giving by Design™ partners with Lulu Direct, a print-on-demand fulfillment provider, to produce and ship our physical books. Each book is printed specifically for the customer after an order is placed, eliminating the need for excess inventory.

Book production generally takes approximately 3–5 business days before shipment. Production times may vary depending on order volume, printing schedules, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping and handling charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the quantity of books ordered. Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with their purchases.

We currently offer standard tracked shipping within the United States. Delivery estimates vary based on the destination, carrier, and fulfillment schedule. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and do not necessarily include the time required to print and prepare an order.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, customers will receive shipping information through the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an address needs to be corrected, please contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production or shipment.

Shipping Delays and Missing Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or appears to be missing, please contact us at dakotadavis@annualgivingbydesign.com. We will review the order and coordinate with our fulfillment partner when necessary.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

Print-on-Demand Purchases

Our books are manufactured individually through a print-on-demand process. Accordingly, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or incorrect quantities selected by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We are committed to ensuring that customers receive products that meet reasonable quality expectations. If your book arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs from the item ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or defect. We will review the concern and coordinate with Lulu Direct to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Because print-on-demand orders move into production shortly after submission, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Customers requesting a cancellation should contact us immediately. Once production begins, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

3. Privacy Policy
